Kate Whitmore

Kate is a dedicated and experienced Yoga Teacher with 4 years of experience in creating and facilitating yoga and meditation classes, and regular day and weekend retreats across Perth.  Skilled at teaching yoga to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, and adjusting teaching methods to suit the varying skill levels.

Kate's classes are sequenced in a well thought out way to work into all the spaces of the body that need it most, as well as calm the fluctuations of the mind, leaving students feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and inspired for their day.

I am passionate about providing a safe sanctuary for you, helping you to reconnect to your heart, who you really are deep down, by dropping you into your body, and ultimately supporting you in the journey towards health and wellness, and unwavering self-love.
